  1. I am wondering what I did wrong but this was kind of bland to us. I did use Panko bread crumbs as that was what I had on hand and I added thyme and oregano to crumbs. I like the idea of making homemade chicken parmesan so I will make this again just with more italian seasonings next time.

  2. Easy and delicious. Great as leftovers.

  3. Absolutely AMAZING! Quick, easy, and so satisfying. My boyfriend and I prepared just two portions for a romantic dinner. It turned out so well that when we were done eating (and were able to move away from the table) we called our friends to brag about how good it was. Served with pasta alfredo and steamed green beans. mmmm! Will definitely make again, this would be a fantastic dish to impress dinner guests.

  4. This was delicious and very quick and easy to prepare. The only thing I will do different next time is use my own homemade spaghetti sauce. Otherwise it was great!! Also I used Epicure Selections Polpette seasoning in my breadcrumbs. Awsome!

  5. Just made this for the family and they loved it. The only thing I did different is I dipped the chicken twice. Dh loved the taste but prefered the chicken to be thinner so next time I plan on thinning the chicken a bit before cooking it. Thanks! I will be making this often.
