- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oil, for frying
directions
- Cut bananas into 4 inch pieces.
- Mix rice flour, water or coconut milk, sugar, and salt into a smooth batter.
- Dip banana pieces in batter.
- Fry in oil until golden brown and floating.
