Dallas Dirt Dip

"I have no idea why my mom named this 'dirt dip' but it is one of my favorites. I hate black olives and still scarf this down. Every time I make it, it is gone in a flash. It looks like a salsa, and is good on tortilla chips, but doesn't tase like any salsa you've ever tried."

• Serves: 6-10

ingredients

• 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
• 3 -4 green onions, diced
• 4 ounces chopped black olives
• 4 ounces green chilies, undrained
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic salt
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vinegar

directions

1. Mix ingredients in order.
2. Serve with chips.
