- 1 seedless cucumber, peeled
- 1⁄4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 30 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced, cut into 12 pieces
- 12 sprigs fresh dill
directions
- Cut cucumbers corsswise inot 12 slices. Use a melon baller to scoop out indentation in center of each cucumber round.
- Fill evenly with cream cheese. Top with salmon and dill,.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
