  1. This was good. I made half the recipe, used diced white onion and cucumber, and light ranch dressing. I prepared it the night before and took it to work for lunch. I'll probably make this again with red onion as stated. Thanks for the post.

  2. I used dried cranberries and full fat ranch dressing (that's what I had). The next bottle will be fat free. Thanks for posting this recipe. Made for I recommend tag

  3. Good, simple and tasty. I like the sweet and tangy tastes. It really satisfies lots of cravings in one small serving. Thanks! Reviewed and Made for Fall 2007 PAC.

Like my name says, I'm an anorexic and I LOVE to cook-it's not really that ironic, it's more common than most people know. I've been anorexic for almost 13 years and have also recovered several times. I'm not proud of my eating disorder, so please don't send me nasty hate mail telling me to "eat a cheeseburger". And please don't call me names. I give myself enough hate as it is, I don't need anymore. I can't be bothered with hate. I would do ANYTHING to recover. Financially, I just can't manage. First off, anorexics do eat! We are just very cautious about WHAT we eat. If there is something we consider "safe" on the menu, we will eat it and most of the time not feel guilty. If there isn't anything "safe" to eat, we most likely won't eat(unless we eat/binge and purge). I joined Recipezaar to put together some of my favourite recipes of "safe" foods--so more people like me will eat--even if it's only a little. Some people may enjoy my recipes even though they don't find themselves disordered, but are instead dieting. ***But be warned: IF YOUR PALETTE IS USED TO NORMAL FOOD, MOST LIKELY YOU WON'T LIKE MY RECIPES! I use very little butter, cream, milk, cheese, meat, etc in my cooking, so if you fancy those ingredients, you won't like my recipes. And I do cook normal food, I just don't eat it. Anyways, I'm very nice, kind, shy and even-tempered. I have a small herb garden right outside of my flat which I love. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/Adopted1smp.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket">
