- 1 1⁄2 lbs venison, cubed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 (1 lb) can tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
directions
- 1. Mix salt and pepper.
- 2. Coat venison and place in crock pot.
- 3. Mix other ingredients and cover venison.
- 4. Cook on Low for 6-7 hours.
- 5. Serve with rice.
