Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken ( Good for Weight Watchers! )

"I had to make something for my lunches for the week and it had to be WW friendly. I found most of this stuff in my cupboard and it turned out really good. Low in fat and full of flavor! After cooking I divided this up into 5 lunch containers."

 1. This was soooo good! I loved it! I did cook the rice on the stove instead of combining it in the crockpot and I decreased the amount of cilantro, but other than that (and seasoning the chicken breasts with Cavender's) I followed the recipe exactly. So so good! Thanks!

 3. I tried this recipe simply because I happened to have all the ingredients on hand. I wasn't really sure whether I would like it or not, however, I was pleasantly surprised. I cooked my rice, using brown rice, on the stove and added chopped broccoli; then stirred everything together. It was a nice mix and I will add it to my collection of chicken recipes. Thanks for sharing.

 4. I made my rice in a rice cooker, shredded my chicken and put it back in the slow cooker. I did not add cilantro as we do not like it. I did not mix the rice into the slow cooker just placed the chicken mixture on top of the rice.

It was really good. Mine was not salty as one of the previous posters said her's was.
I will make this again but maybe noodles instead of rice.

 5. To me...this was just alright. It needed something else and I am not sure what. I probably won't make it again :(
