  • 1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls (Pillsbury brown and serve)
  • 12 cup ham, sliced and chopped
  • 13 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 34 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • fresh herb, chopped

directions

  • Line a 9x13 inch pan with the crescent roll dough.
  • Add ham, roasted red pepper and half of cheese on top of dough.
  • Mix together eggs, milk,chopped fresh herbs and seasonings.
  • Pour over ham layer.
  • Add remaining cheese on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
