Creamy Soup With Cheeeeese!

"This is the simpliest soup i know and it's one of the favourites dishes in my family. Just give it a try! In case you're not a fan of potateos, use carrots instead. Stock is in this recipe really important, it gives it the taste, so when you don't have any, use the one in cube or powder."

  • Cut the potatoes in small pieces.
  • Cook them in the stock.
  • Mix the milk and cheese until it's smooth.
  • Check wheather the potatoes are soft and add the milk-cheese mixture.
  • Stir it well and add butter.
  • If you want you can add some fresh herb, for example chives.
