Creamy Dijon Salad Dressing

"My favorite salad at Trader Joe's has this awesome dijon dressing. So this is my attempt at a lighter version...and it turned out great!! I used vegan mayo but use whatever you have on hand!"

ingredients

• 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Dijonnaise mustard
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• black pepper
