ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar or 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cooked bacon, slices crumbled
- 16 ounces shredded Coleslaw
- 1 Granny Smith apples, thin matchstick sliced
directions
- Cook the bacon, cool and crumble.
- Mix all the ingredients except the coleslaw and apple.
- Add the apple and coleslaw, toss to coat.
- Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
