Creamy Apple-Bacon Coleslaw

"Delicious indulgent creamy coleslaw"

• Ingredients: 9
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄3 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 2 teaspoons sugar or 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 3 cooked bacon, slices crumbled
• 16 ounces shredded Coleslaw
• 1 Granny Smith apples, thin matchstick sliced

directions

1. Cook the bacon, cool and crumble.
2. Mix all the ingredients except the coleslaw and apple.
3. Add the apple and coleslaw, toss to coat.
4. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.

This has been my GO2 recipe for coleslaw. I've made it several times over the summer and it remains the best one I've tried out of many. Bacon + Apples + creamy, not vinegary = Awesomeness! Thanks @Tom G for posting!
