• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1⁄2 teaspoon stevia
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
• 8 ounces Cool Whip, sugar free

directions

1. Soften the cream cheese with the milk in a bowl. Beat in the lemon juice, lemon rind, vanilla, stevia extract, and honey. Whip until thoroughly blended and creamy. Blend in Cool Whip.
