Cranberry Almond Energy Balls

"Good basic recipe and you can sub in whatever fruit/nuts you like. If your peanut butter is 100% nuts, add a bit of salt to taste. If you want to live a little, add some dark chocolate, chopped small."

  • Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Stir together the nut butter, honey and vanilla, then stir this into the dry ingredients.
  • Form into 1 inch balls.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
