- 1 cup old fashioned oats, raw
- 1⁄2 cup almonds, raw, chopped in small pieces
- 1⁄3 cup shredded coconut
- 1⁄3 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup toasted wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3⁄4 cup peanut butter or 3/4 cup almond butter
- 1⁄4 cup liquid honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir together the nut butter, honey and vanilla, then stir this into the dry ingredients.
- Form into 1 inch balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
