Nice easy healthy dinner. It was a bit sweet to suit me, but DH & DD didn't think so. Had to leave out the green pepper because DD won't eat them. I used 3 oz of sharp cheddar and a bit of parmesan. It was nice to have something different. Thanks for posting!

Turned out great. Needed a recipe to use up some baked beans and veggies and found this. Super easy and a great taste. Used low fat swiss cheese, which tasted great. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

I didn't have tomato puree so added a few chopped tomatoes instead, substituted peas for beans, and frozen corn instead of canned. It definitely would have been better with canned. Made like this, it almost seems like Shepard's pie. I added half cheddar to the top of mine and half swiss cheese...the swiss was outstanding.

This was sooooo easy to make and truly delicious! I kept to the ingredients and added more sweet corn, just the right texture, moist veggies, a very substantial meal.
