Cottage Waldorf Salad
- Ready In:
- 1⁄2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 apple, chopped, leave peel on
- 1⁄4 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries (optional) or 2 tablespoons raisins (optional)
- mix cottage cheese and mayo in a bowl.
- stir in other ingredients.
