ingredients
- 10 small firm tomatoes
- pepper
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon seafood cocktail sauce
- 20 sprigs chervil
directions
- Cut ends of tomatoes and remove insides. Dust with freshly cracked pepper.
- Mince chervil. Mix with cottage cheese, cocktail sauce. Stuff tomatoes with the mixture. Keep refrigerated until use. Serve garnished with sprigs of chervil.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT little tasties, these, & I particularly enjoyed the slight hint of anise! I used a package of Campari fresh tomatoes & liked working with more than I would have the cherry tomatoes (been there, done that)! Actually made these as a side for supper, but another time I'd really enjoy making these as appetizers & including them on my finger food counter! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
