Cookie Dough Brownies - Amazing!

"This is what I am famous for making! My friends devour them at our parties and beg for more! Plus, I increase the cookie dough portion by half... sooooo goood! :) I almost have to double it for eating it raw, hehehe!"

  • Melt the chocolate chips and let cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  • Stil in melted chocolate.
  • Combine flour and baking soda; add to batter.
  • Spread into a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 350º F for 18 - 20 minutes. Let cool.
  • COOKIE DOUGH LAYER:

  • In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
  • Beat in milk and vanilla.
  • Gradually add flour.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and mini M7M's.
  • Carefully spread over top of cooled brownies. It may be easier to use hands - it gets rather sticky.
  • Cut into squares and store in the refrigerator.

I followed the recipe almost to the T, but substituted milk chocolate chips for the semisweet Also, my cooking time was much longer than what was listed; it was more like-30 minutes for my brownies to become fully done. But other than that, a super-easy, very tasty dessert! The only reason I gave them a 4-star, intead of a 5 is because the presentation isn't that impressive; it's not neccessarily a "pretty " dessert (at least mine wasn't) but taste-wise, it's a 5! Thanks for posting!
