ingredients

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 15 ounces tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 1⁄4 teaspoons sugar
• 3 beef bouillon cubes (3 cubes)
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin

directions

1. Brown meat, pour off fat, add onion-garlic.
2. Cook and stir until tender.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
