ingredients

• 2 ounces limoncello (lemon-flavored liqueur)
• 2 ounces espresso coffee
• 2 ounces half-and-half
• 1⁄4 teaspoon lemon zest

directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. serve in chilled glass.

I combined everything in a shaker with ice. Cause it says to combine. And not to layer. I really liked it the way I did. I'm not sure I would layer that. It's delicious. Thanks :)

This is a delightful beverage - I saw it on the Limoncello di Capri website. It is also attractive but you need to be sure to layer it correctly - use a tilted or flattened spoon to pour each layer inso they create the "parfait" type layered look. First, Limoncello, next espresso, and singl ecream last. Garnish top with lemon zest. Great for entertaining - I had to practice presentation once first! Thank you for the recipe Mike#2!
