Claypool Marzetti

"This is my mother-in-law's recipe. She found it in a newspaper years ago, and it's still one of my husband's favorites. The original recipe calls for 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef and 1/2 pound of ground pork, but I can't tell the difference in the flavor, so I don't bother with the pork. It's a simple meal which tastes as good left over and is easily halved."

I've lived in Indiana all of my 51 years. I'm a wife and working mother of two. I enjoy cooking, but probably I enjoy perusing and collecting recipes even more! I'm an avid photographer and I also enjoy hiking, reading, camping, and spending time with my family. I'm a nature lover for sure and have a fondness for animals much to my husband's chagrin and my children's delight!
