- 1 cup quinoa, cooked according to package
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
directions
- Mix all ingredients together well. I recommend that you refridgerate the salad for at least an hour to let the flavor develop this is of course optional.
