- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 2 teaspoons anise seed
directions
- saute wheat flour in ghee till slight brown in colour.
- add aniseed and sugar to it and stir for 5 minutes.
- serve hot.
