Chocolate Cranberry Bars

Base
- 2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted

Topping
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups dried cranberries
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
directions
- Line a 9" x 13" metal cake pan with parchment paper or grease.
- In a bowl, stir the chocolate wafer crumbs with the butter until moistened and press into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the centre of a 350 degree F oven until firm, about 10 minutes.
- Let cool on a rack.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs with the condensed milk.
- Stir in the cranberries, bittersweet and white chocolates and hazelnuts.
- Spread over the base.
- Bake in the centre of a 350 degree F oven until set in the centre, about 20 minutes.
- Let cool on a rack.
- Cut into bars.
