I just made the 2nd batch in 3 days~ these are so awesome!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. First of all these are SO easy to whip up. The coconut just adds that extra something special. These brownies stay very moist and have just the right amount of nuts in them. I think this would be just a fabulous basic brownie recipe even without the coconut. These also look beautifully elegant when cut because of the 3 layers. This is my new 'go to square' to make for any function now. Thank you for posting~ it's exactly what I was looking for! ps dh thought they were phenominal too!
