ingredients
- 10 ounces spelt flour
- 6 ounces fructose
- 3⁄4 tablespoon egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 ounces barley malt sweetened chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1⁄4 cup applesauce
directions
- sift all dry ingredients together.
- mix the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- using a teaspoon, scoop globs of dough 1 inch apart on a greased cookie sheet.
- bake in a 350 degree oven for 9 minutes.
