- 1 1⁄4 cups white sugar
- 180 g butter, melted
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 whole egg
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 2 cups chocolate chips
directions
- Mix together sugar and melted butter.
- Add egg yolk and whole egg.
- Mix in flour and chocolate chips.
- Mix well together; place in refrigerator to cool for about ten minutes.
- Roll into balls; place on paper lined baking trays, well spaced apart.
- Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
