  • Preheat oven to 350. Brush Rectangular Baker with canola oil.
  • Combine oats, 1 1/2 cups of the flour, brown sugar, and baking soda in classic butter bowl.
  • Add butter and mix until crumbly. Reserve a cup of the crumb mixture.
  • Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of baker. Bake 15 minutes.
  • Combine caramel topping and remaining 1/4 cup flour in small batter bowl and whisk until smooth using seamless whisk.
  • Drizzle over crust and careflly spread to edges using large srpeader.
  • Combine pecans and reserved crumb mixture in 2 cup easy read measuring cup.
  • Sprinkle crumb mixture and chocolate morsels evenly over caramel mixture.
  • Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Remove from stackable cooling rack.
  • Cool completely. Cut into bars.
