- 1 bread burger bun
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 4 fresh red chilies
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 beef burger pate
- 1 duck egg
directions
- Slice the burger bun in half and lightly toast the exposed bread.
- Spread the ketchup on the bottom half of the toadted bun,.
- Chop the fresh chillies and sprinkle over the ketchup.
- Chop the onion and garlic and spread over the chillies.
- Place the lettuce leaves over the chopped onion.
- Pan fry the beef pate in a little olive oil until cooked through.
- Place the beef pate on the lettuce leaves.
- Fry the duck egg until the white is solid then place on top of the beef pate.
- Add the top of the burger bun.
