Chilled Strawberry Soup

I got this recipe off of Allrecipes. I love strawberries and this is the ultimate. It can be used as a soup to start a summer meal, or as a very thick smoothie to be drank anytime. It is a very eye appealing dish, especially when topped with fresh strawberry slices and a swirl of whipped cream. Cook time is actually chill time.

Yum! This is really delicious. Very easy to prepare, I just tossed everything into my food processor, gave it a few whirls and that was it. I probably used about 1/4 cup of sugar to sweeten. I will definitely make this again....and again....:)It would be a beautiful addition to a Valentine's Day Celebration. Thanks for posting this recipe. Nick's MomReply
