Chili Cumin Spice Rib

• Yields: 1/3 cup

ingredients

• 3 dried chipotle chiles, stemmed, seeded and cut into rough pieces
• 2 dried ancho chiles, stemed, seeded and torn into rough pieces
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 teaspoons sugar

directions

1. Grind chilies in a spice grinder until powdery.
2. Whisk together ground chilies and remaining ingredients in small bowl until combined.
