Chili and Lime Dipping Sauce
- Ready In:
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 small red chili pepper, chopped finely
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, stirring to combine.
- Serve with spring rolls, dim sums, won-tons or any other finger food.

I wanted to make this to go with some lumpia, but I didn't have all the ingredients for the lumpia, so I made this anyway. The ginger didn't stand out very much to me, but the lime and soy sauce were a great combo. I think this would also be great brushed on some chicken breasts while grilling, or maybe even on grilled steak. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT4
