  1. This is a great recipe!! Very quick and easy .. I used about 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 cup yogurt, because we like it .. thank you :)

  2. I made this for a dinner pot luck. I didn't use pickles or tomato's, but added red bell peppers and brown rice noodles. We all loved the salad and I shared the ingredients with most of my friends. This would be a fabulous salad per original recipe to put in pitas. I posted a photo of what my version looked like. Happy creating.

  3. This is FABULOUS!! I almost did not make this because it uses plain yogurt (not a big fan)...but you would not even know it is in here!! Even picky DH who is not big on low fat cooking enjoyed it! I have already bought the ingredients to make another batch. I cannot believe how few calories there are and SO LOW fat! I served the chicken salad in a pita (very good) and with a side salad. This was EXCELLENT!!

  4. This was great. I made it for a church activity, increasing the serving size for 50 people. Well, there was some pita bread left over, but none of the chicken salad. I couldn't believe how good it tasted and how healthy it is for you. Everyone wanted the recipe.
