  • brown chicken in non stick cooking spray.
  • remove chicken
  • add all of the veggies and cook down for about ten minutes.
  • add chicken back into pan
  • add basil lemon juice and chicken broth salt and pepper to taste.
  • cook for about 30 min serve with instant brown rice.
