  • Drain chick peas and pour into meduim sized bowl, crush them up with a fork.
  • Add in apple,green onion, almonds, salt and pepper and stir up.
  • Add vegan mayo, mustard, soy yogurt and lemon juice and stir.
  • Taste test it and add more ingredient if needed.
  • Chill for an hour (optional).
  • Serve in a wrap or sandwich with tomatoes, sprouts and spinach.
