• 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh rosemary leaf, plus
• 2 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves
• 3 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
• olive oil
• kosher salt
• fresh ground black pepper

directions

1. Mix the chopped rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper together in a small bowl to make a paste.
