  • Heat Olive Oil in a large pan.
  • Chop chicken into bite sized pieces.
  • Brown Chicken and season with Jonnys.
  • Chop Bacon and add to the Chicken.
  • Chop Onion into small pieces and add to the Chicken and Bacon.
  • Add the Mushroom Soup and stir together.
  • Prepare the Quinoa according to the package With chicken soup base in the water.
  • In a large Casserole pan layer the Quinoa on the bottom, and the meat sauce on top.
  • Cover with Crispy Onions and Cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
