- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 regular package thick cut bacon
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 cups uncooked quinoa
- 2 cups broccoli
- 4 regular cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 tablespoons chicken soup base
- 1 tablespoon jonnys garlic seasoning
- 2 cups crispy onions
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- Heat Olive Oil in a large pan.
- Chop chicken into bite sized pieces.
- Brown Chicken and season with Jonnys.
- Chop Bacon and add to the Chicken.
- Chop Onion into small pieces and add to the Chicken and Bacon.
- Add the Mushroom Soup and stir together.
- Prepare the Quinoa according to the package With chicken soup base in the water.
- In a large Casserole pan layer the Quinoa on the bottom, and the meat sauce on top.
- Cover with Crispy Onions and Cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
