- 5 lbs beef roast (pre-sliced from the meat man)
- 1 tablespoon fennel seed
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- salt and pepper
directions
- Put all the ingredients in crock. Cook on low for 6 hours or until the meat is tender. Put in bread and drool! :).
