I think this is a great recipe for when you're dieting, i wouldn't make this just because of the taste. Like Jackie said it has a very earthy flavor, and my kids didn't really like that. For me the flavor was ok, but more like a lunch substitute when dieting. Made for the Tastebud Tickling Travellers, for ZWT4

Just wonderful! I had some gingeroot left over from another recipe, so I used this and the beets I had canned. I added some hot sauce to just give it the hot kick I like but certainly was not needed for anyone else. This is so good, I should be drinking this everyday! I whirled this up in my blender and just so yummy!
