• Yields: 20-28 cookies
• Serves: 20-28

ingredients

• 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper
• 2 cups flour

directions

1. Cream butter and cheese.
2. Mix all ingredients and make into a roll; place in the refrigerator to chill and firm.
3. Slice and bake at 400 degrees.
4. Be careful not to over bake as cheese burns easily.
