- 450 g chicken breasts, cubes
- 1 (500 g) jar pasta sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped very finely
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1⁄3 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 -4 tablespoons dried fenugreek leaves
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 piece gingerroot, julienne, for garnish
- 1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves, for garnish
directions
- Throw everything into the crock pot.
- Set to low for 4 hours.
- Inhale and devour.

Really easy to make... and so tasty too. I tend to look at these recipes and decide weather to make slight changes if I don't have all the ingredients. So I changed the fenugreek leaves for powder (two teaspoons) Used a garlic Dolmio and a half cup of orange juice instead of water to wet the sauce. Finally added about a dozen button mushrooms. Delicious! :)
