DIRECTIONS

  • Saute the garlic and chilli in a large frying pan or wok with some salt to taste.
  • Add the broccoli and lemon juice, cover and steam until almost done.
  • Remove lid, add almonds and cook on high heat until broccoli is a bit charred, but still bright green.
