- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Using a hand processor or wand mixer mice garlic and egg together. Slowly add the oil. While blending add the remaining ingredients. Voila! You are done, for more zing add two more cloves of garlic!

I have had this salad so many times at Charlotte Anne's restaurant in Peterborough. It is the best dressing ever. Now this is the only dressing I use. Thanks for posting. How about posting some more of your wonderful recipes!!!! -
I went with the extra garlic and mixed it in my mini-food processor. I wasn't disappointed. ;)
