  1. These are perfect for when I need a little energy boost, and my kids are forever grateful. I added 1T extra cocoa, because the "dough" was pretty sticky. I also did not have creamed honey, so I used regular honey and added an equal amount of powdered sugar. They are like decadent little truffles that look elegant enough to bring to a holiday party, are cheap to make, and take 5 minutes to whip up. I love this!
