  1. made this with about 1/8 caramel in a 1 1/2 cup mug. Was delicious. used only milk which made it very tasty and best served luke warm. burning hot makes the drink too sweet. other wise very great! ***used just caramel and 2% milk and im going to make this everyday in a replacement of my coffee
  2. This tea has potental! It's a wonderfull idea and it just needs a little tweaking (like most recipies). The color of the tea is beautiful and really draws you in and the smell is wonderfull. I think this whould be a great tea for kids if you keep the recipe as is. It mostly tastes like milk. But if you want it to taste more like tea add more tea. I have a sweet thooth and I'll problly be cooking the carmel only to a light color and adding more of it. Over all this recipe is great and is easily adaptable to your tastes.
  3. This Tea is horrible.Sure it sounds nice, but it has no taste and it is very plain.

I live in a tiny flat in the center of Milan with my sweet dachshund dog named Penelope (Penny). I'm a doctor specializing in family medicine, though everybody tends to think I'm the nurse or the assistant, or perhaps even a student since I tend to look a lot younger than I am....everybody tells me I'm going to appreciate it, but for now I still find it a little annoying!! I've always loved cooking, when I was a child I wanted to be a patisserie cook (not sure the word is correct...), and I still can't understand how I got to be a doctor instead...anyway I still enjoy cooking at any time, and cooking for friends and family (Penelope included) is my weird way to show them my love (;P)
