YUM! This was good and did kinda remind me of caramel. I used diet coke to make it a little less guilty. Butterscotch Schnapps goes well with everything.

My DH loves ANYTHING caramel, and this was no exception! He drank it down and handed me the glass and asked for another and pronounced it "GREAT!" . I think we have a winner!
