Cantaloupe, Marshmallow, and Cool Whip Salad
"I have never tried this myself. I am posting this recipe because it is the ingredent of the month. I am not a real big cantaloupe fan. Please try it and let me know how it is."

ingredients
- 2 lbs peeled cantaloupes
- 1 lb mini marshmallows
- 1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip
directions
- Cut peeled cantaloupe into 1/4 or 1/2 inch cubes.
- Put into large bowl.
- Mix in mini marshmallows and Cool Whip.
- Stir and mix well.
- Serve chilled.

My son LOVES cantaloupe and marshmellows (separately). Of course he loves coolwhip too...lol. But, he didn't eat this. He said that it was too icky. Just wanted to let you know so you don't waste that yummy cantaloupe...I don't like giving bad reviews, but I was guessing you still wanted to know. :) Have a great one and keep posting fruit recipes! -
I tried this ,Kim....don't care for it. Was sll sweets and no substance...but that's just me. I know you did not make this, but you wanted to know.
