    (5 ounce) cans tuna, in water, drained

    cup potato chips, light Pringles crushed
  • 2
    tablespoons Miracle Whip, fat free
  • 1
    teaspoon salt
  • 12
    teaspoon pepper
  • cooking spray

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix together the first six ingredients. Shape into small patties, like crab cakes. It will be a wetter mixture than you expect.
  • Heat a skillet over medium high heat with cooking spray.
  • Brown tuna cakes on each side for 1-2 minutes, or until brown.
  • Serve with some mayonnaise (or like my hubby prefers Miracle Whip) and dill pickles.
