My husband came home from work one night with this idea...it didn't matter what I had already prepared for dinner, he had to try this idea. I thought...GROSS...but I endulged him and well it wasn't too horrible. I am guessing at the measurements, but I think I'm close. Let me know if you think this is Recipezaar worthy!

ingredients
- 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, in water, drained
- 1⁄4 cup egg substitute
- 1⁄2 cup potato chips, light Pringles crushed
- 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip, fat free
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper

directions
- Mix together the first six ingredients. Shape into small patties, like crab cakes. It will be a wetter mixture than you expect.

- Brown tuna cakes on each side for 1-2 minutes, or until brown.
- Serve with some mayonnaise (or like my hubby prefers Miracle Whip) and dill pickles.
