  • For topping Whip cream with maple syrup just up until soft mounds; set aside.
  • FOr coffee Divide maple syrup and whiskey among 4 warmed heat proof glass mugs or goblets. Pour in coffee to 1 inch of top; spoon topping over coffee.
  • Serve!

    This was delicious though I have to say that I made one change. First, I tried whipping cream and maple syrup together, and it didn't turn out well. So I made the coffee as directed in the recipe, topped it with canned whipped cream and drizzled pure maple syrup (amber) on top. That looked much more appetizing than my first attempt. Thanks, Charmie777. Made for Culinary Quest 2015 (Canada/Quebec).
