Campari Sangria

"For a Sangria recipe that gets the balance right but also adds a few touches of uniqueness, try this one courtesy of master mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim. For the red wine, be sure to use a simple yet robust and reasonably tannic red such as Marques de Caceres or El Coto. Also, this recipe should serve eight or more people adequately, so invite over some friends! ."

  1. Festive sangria with a noticeable Campari flavour. I love Campari and I love this sangria, especially without the 7-Up, or with just a splash, if you must.

I am a married cruise-only travel agent with two stepsons, aged 20 and 25. It took a while to get the boys used to my cooking, as they were raised on fast food and pre-packaged foods (i.e. mac-n-cheese from the blue box, frozen dinners, Chef Boyardee, McDonalds, etc.). My mother is from Spain and I lived there as well as Germany, England and Italy growing up, which influenced both my career and my cuisine!</p> 8726943"
