- 1⁄2 cup soymilk or 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 apple, peeled cored chunked
- 1⁄4 cantaloupe, chunked
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon german chamomile flowers (fresh) or 1 teaspoon german chamomile flowers (dried)
directions
- Using a blender or Vita-Mix, process ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass.
